We invest days in meetings, planning, business, and ministry. When was the last time we invested three days in the purpose behind our leadership?
For many leaders, the calendar fills before the heart has time to catch up. There are teams to guide, deadlines to meet, organizations to build, problems to solve, and people to care for. Much of that work matters deeply. Yet the pace of responsibility can leave little room to reflect on why we lead—and who our leadership is helping us become.
Three days away can feel like a significant commitment. Measured against the years of leadership still ahead, it can also be a thoughtful investment in clarity, relationships, spiritual renewal, and direction.
A timely opportunity to pause
November 16–18, 2026 has been declared special non-working days in the National Capital Region under Proclamation No. 1447, in connection with the Philippines’ hosting of the 49th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits. The declaration applies to NCR, rather than nationwide.
For leaders whose schedules allow, those dates may offer a timely opportunity to step away from the usual pace and make space for focused learning and reflection. A pause in the calendar can become a deliberate investment in the purpose behind our work.

Return to the purpose behind your influence
This is the invitation behind Rise to Influence: Haggai Philippines – Metro Manila Chapter National Seminar 2026. The three-day experience brings Christian leaders and emerging leaders together to consider how their leadership, witness, and influence can serve Christ within the places He has entrusted to them.
Participants are invited to grow through biblical leadership learning, spiritual encouragement, practical insight, and meaningful fellowship. The aim is to strengthen the convictions and habits that shape the way we lead every day.
A leader who takes time to listen can return with a clearer sense of what deserves attention. A leader who reconnects with purpose can approach decisions with greater intention. A leader who learns alongside others can discover encouragement for responsibilities that once felt solitary.
Three days and two nights to learn and reflect
At Stone House Hotel in Quezon City, participants will have a three-day, two-night stay with full-board meals throughout the seminar. This creates space to step outside the daily routine and spend time in focused learning, reflection, and fellowship.
It is an opportunity to invest in yourself as a leader while remaining attentive to the people your leadership serves. Come with your questions, the responsibilities you carry, and a willingness to consider what God may be calling you to strengthen or realign.
Realign. Refocus. Rise.
Before joining, consider: Where has the urgency of leadership crowded out its purpose? What do the people within my influence need from me? What might change if I gave myself time to listen, learn, and pray?
Three days will not resolve every challenge. They can create room to see those challenges more clearly and return to your responsibilities with renewed intention.
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.”Isaiah 60:1 (KJV)
