Yet the person carrying those responsibilities needs attention too. Setting aside time to learn, reflect, and receive encouragement is an investment in the way you return to serve.

With 31 days to go before Rise to Influence, this is a timely moment to move from interest to intention: to consider the invitation, make the necessary arrangements, and register.

Whether you lead in business, ministry, education, government, the professions, civic organizations, church, media, or community, your decisions reach people. Your example shapes expectations. Your words can encourage, guide, and help others see what matters.

That influence carries responsibility. It calls us to ask questions that are easy to postpone amid daily demands:

• Am I leading from a place of faith, wisdom, and integrity?

Haggai Philippines – Metro Manila Chapter National Seminar 2026: Rise to Influence invites Christian leaders and emerging leaders to invest three focused days in their leadership, witness, and purpose.

The photographs in this article come from the September 2026 batch at OMI Missionary Center, Quezon City. They offer glimpses of shared learning, conversation, meals, recognition, and time together.

They also remind us that leadership development happens in relationship. A conversation can help us see a familiar challenge differently. Someone else’s experience can offer encouragement. Making time to listen can open space for a question we have not yet considered.

Three days to pause, receive, and prepare

From November 16–18, 2026, participants will gather at Stone House Hotel in Quezon City for a Christ-centered leadership experience, with three days and two nights of hotel accommodation and full-board meals.

For leaders accustomed to giving, this is an invitation to receive: to listen with attention, learn alongside others, and consider how God may be shaping the next season of their influence.
