Metro Manila is home to 14,001,751 people, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority’s 2024 Census of Population. As of July 1, 2024, the National Capital Region was the country’s second most populous region, accounting for about 12.4% of the Philippine population.

Behind that number are people working, learning, making decisions, raising families, building businesses, and shaping communities. Every day, they influence one another.

For Christian leaders, this is more than a statistic. It is a reminder of the mission field right where God has placed us.

This three-day, Christ-centered leadership experience is designed to strengthen biblical leadership, spiritual maturity, and practical influence through learning, reflection, and meaningful fellowship.
